- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Product photos
- Packaging photos
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or defective product was sent by us.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return policy.
Online Consultation Products
Products purchased after an online consultation are selected based on professional guidance. Results may vary from person to person, therefore opened or used products purchased after consultation are non-refundable.
